A couple was arrested for running a brothel in their own home. This is in Denver, near me. This is absolutely disgusting, but it reflects what a crisis this is in our world, even within our own city limits. I could just be sick. They had girls from China in their house, and their neighbor saw many men come and go in and out of the house dressed up in suits.
I wasn’t even away of this issue until 10 years ago, when my church educated me. Since then I have donated to the sex trafficking problem. This disturbs my soul so bad, and give me great anxiety. You can donate here, let’s end this now.
Martin Luther King Jr. is one of my favorite influential heroes. The way he advocated and advanced civil rights is remarkable. His speeches, boycotts, and acts lead to the end of segregation. I am so glad I did not have to grow up in this era of ignorance and racism. We are all humans and created equal. We all deserve the same rights, and opportunities.
Hypocritical much of America? This contradicts the bases of what America was founded on. I’m glad this bigotry and ignorance has come to an end in this regard. We can learn from other cultures, and expand our mind, interests and experiences. It is a great thing to have rich experience from differences. I love diversity. America is supposed to be the melting pot, where everyone is created equal, and the land of opportunity, for everyone, regardless of their race, age, sex, or religion. The home of the free and brave. “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” ~Emma Lazarus

He fought with passivism, and told his people to not fight back physically, and organized civil disobedience without aggression. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was powerful and wise. His quotes are very inspiring. He was very wise. He opens the mind and helped opened minds up from ignorance. His quotes are very powerful to me today:
