1 Peter 5:7

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

That is so comforting to know that we have a great God that cares for us, and that we are not alone!

Philippians 4:6

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

We have Him to talk to always through prayer.

Proverbs 12:25

Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up.

That is true, other people, and kindness calms anxiety.

1 John 4:18  There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

God’s love is perfect.

Isaiah 41:10  So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

He will uphold us, and give us strength!

I’ve struggled with anxiety for 2 decades. These Bible scriptures give me strength and are calming.

  1. Thank you for sharing Shell-Shell. Proverbial scriptures are good food for the soul. People are being weighed down by anxiety and other fears. Fear is the cause of people reacting in negative ways. One of my prayers is that we draw closer to God voluntarily and trusting him. It is a known fact that people turn to God when tragedy or another downturn happens. Thank you and blessings toy out for sharing!! 💕❤️💕🌺🌺🙏
