What I wanted to be when I grew up.

We all dream of what we want to be when we “grow up”, at at least I did. My parents, teaches, and grandparents would ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up.

When I was young I liked to read. My Grandma was a librarian, my Aunt, and Uncles were good readers, so I was turned on to reading at a young age.

So when I was really young I wanted to be an author, not just any author but a well know famous author.

Then when I was in the hospital when I was 11 I wanted to be a nurse.

So what did I become? A caregiver for the elderly, and a blogger.

I find that funny, because that is similar enough to what I aspired to be when I was young. It didn’t turn out exactly as planned but close enough.

I could always go back to school and be more but I am content with what I have become, and with my life.

What did you aspire and dream about becoming when you were young?
